Who we are

This website is operated by RD Entertainment, a DJ and event-entertainment company based in Phoenix / Scottsdale, Arizona. Questions about this policy can be sent to rhettdoherty7@gmail.com.

Information you submit

When you use the inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event type, date, venue, location, estimated guest count, entertainment timing, music preferences, additional details, how you heard about us and any event-specific answers you choose to provide.

This information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess availability and prepare a quote. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.

How inquiries are delivered

This site is hosted on Netlify, and inquiries are processed by Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in the site's Netlify account and forwarded to RD Entertainment by email so we can respond. Netlify's handling of that data is described in Netlify's own privacy policy.

Spam prevention

The inquiry form uses a hidden field that people never see, together with Netlify's built-in spam filtering. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site operating reliably.

External links

Links to Instagram and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy policies.
